Holiday baking can be expensive and time consuming. So here is a recipe to help reduce your time in the kitchen and keep some money in your pocket.
Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge
- 18 oz. Jar of Peanut Butter
- 16 oz. Can Vanilla Frosting
1. Empty Vanilla Frosting into a microwave safe bowl and heat for about 60 seconds or until melted.
2. Empty the Peanut Butter into the bowl with the vanilla frosting.
3. Mix well
4. Pour into a 9 X 13 pan and place in the refrigerator to set.
5. After fudge has set, cut into squares and enjoy. Don't forget to mention how hard you worked in the kitchen as people compliment you on your baking skills!
