The temperature has dropped here in Southwestern PA and it's the perfect time to make a delicious soup. But soup can be time consuming and with the holiday's approaching you need a meal that practically cooks itself and this copy cat recipe of Olive Garden's Pasta E Fagioli is so yummy and simple you will have plenty of time to finish your shopping, wrapping and baking!
Total Time: 7 hours and 15 minutes

Ingredients
Directions:
1. Brown beef in a skillet.
2. Drain fat from beef and add to crock pot with everything except pasta.
3. Cook on low 7-8 hours or high 4-5 hours.
4. During last 30 min on high or 1 hour on low, add pasta.
If you like you can also grate some fresh Romano cheese over the soup before serving just like Olive Garden.
